How long does a kitchen renovation take?
Typically 3–6 weeks depending on scope, cabinet lead times, and layout changes. We give a project-specific timeline at scope sign-off.
What's the difference between cosmetic and a full renovation?
Cosmetic work — paint, flooring, hardware — runs $80–$120/sq ft. A full renovation with layout changes, new cabinets, tile, and plumbing moves runs $150–$280/sq ft across Ontario.
Do I need a permit?
Paint, flooring, and cabinet swaps rarely need permits. Layout changes, plumbing moves, and new electrical usually do. We identify requirements at the walkthrough.
Do you work on occupied homes?
Yes. We sequence work to minimize disruption and manage dust and noise around the household schedule.
